Office Hours

Our boutique practice provides services Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and on Fridays when Dr. Lambetecchio is not teaching, from 8:30am until noon.

Appointments and Cancellations

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. Except in emergency situations, you can expect us to be on time for you. We will appreciate the same courtesy. Because we are a boutique practice concerned with quality and not quantity, there is minimal or no waiting for the time set exclusively for you.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you give us a 48-hour notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires to see the doctor.

Continuing Care Program

We hope you share in our belief that regular preventative dental health care is a sound investment. While the responsibility for returning for this treatment rests primarily with you, we will provide the service of sending you a written reminder when it is time to return. If at this time we have not already made an appointment for you, please telephone us as soon as possible and make one.

New Patients

If you are a new patient, please download and print the following forms so you can complete them and bring them with you on your first appointment with Dr. Lambetecchio.

We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you do have such a problem, please call us as early in the day as possible. If a problem arises when the office is closed, please try the answering service at our office number or you may reach the doctor on her numeral pager at (559) 443-4206.

Referrals

We appreciate any referrals of your family and friends to our office. We enjoy serving quality patients like you.

Financial Investments

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying your portion upon the completion of each visit. If your treatment program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to discuss definite financial arrangements with a member of our business office staff.

Dental Insurance

As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance for you.

Our office accepts most dental insurance policies. When your initial appointment is made, please provide us with the necessary information so we can contact your insurance company directly and obtain benefits for you. If you have a particular fee schedule for your plan, please bring that in with you along with your insurance card. If there are any changes in your insurance, you must provide us with that information. We would be happy to assist you with the completion of your insurance forms.

It is the patent's responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid by your insurance company. We will be happy to help you receive the maximum benefits, however, the agreement of the insruance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between you and the insurance company.
